Last order date for Xmas delivery (to mainland UK addresses) - Monday 23rd December
Orders placed after 10am on Tuesday 24th December, will be shipped in January.
Our warehouse will be closed from 11am on Tuesday 24th December, reopening on Thursday 2nd January 2025
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday.
No Orders are shipped at weekends or on Bank Holidays
We ship orders when all stock is available.
Occasionally, we may have items available on pre-order, so if you order one of these items along with an item that is in stock, the order will only be shipped when all stock is available.
In Stock Items
For orders being sent on Next Day / Priority delivery services:
- Orders placed before 2pm, will be processed by the warehouse and sent out the same day.
For orders on our Standard Delivery service:
- Orders placed after 8am, will be processed and shipped the following day.
Pre-Order Items
Details of stock availability will be displayed on the product page.
Any orders containing these stock items will be shipped when the stock has been received.
You will receive tracking details to confirm when the order has been processed, and a further email or text with a delivery window when this is out for delivery.
